MidDel + HOC ETW 2025 Survey Drawing
Sponsor. MidDel Consulting, LLC (“Sponsor”), 5200 Willson Rd, Suite 150, Edina, MN 55424.
Eligibility. Open to natural persons who (i) are 18+, (ii) are lawful residents of the United States, and (iii) are registered attendees of the Energy Trading Week Americas, Houston, TX on Oct 29–30, 2025. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited and where employer or ethics policies restrict acceptance of prizes.
On-Site Conference Entry Period. Begins 9:00 a.m. Central Time on Oct 29, 2025 and ends 3:00 p.m. Central Time on Oct 30, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Registered attendees may complete survey or send e-mail prior to start of conference.
How to Enter (no purchase necessary). During the Entry Period, either:
- Scan the booth QR and complete the short survey (≈60 seconds), or
- Alternate entry (no survey): email info@middelconsulting.com with subject “ETW25 Entry” and include your full name, company, title, work email, and phone.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. Automated or bulk entries are void.
Prize; Approximate Retail Value (ARV).
Five (5) prizes total will be awarded as follows: one (1) First Prize: Meta Quest 3 512GB (ARV $499.00); one (1) Second Prize: ASUS ROG Strix 15.6″ FHD 1080 Portable Monitor (ARV $299.99); three (3) Third Prizes: Elgato Stream Deck Mini (ARV $57.99 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $972.96. No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
If a winner’s employer policy prohibits accepting a personal prize, the winner may elect, at the time of survey or at the time of prize claim, a donation in the winner’s name equal to the applicable ARV to one of the following: Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) or The Salvation Army – Utility Bill Assistance; alternatively, Sponsor may apply a services credit in the same amount to the winner’s employer. Participants may indicate a preferred prize at entry; Sponsor will attempt to honor preferences but cannot guarantee specific models/variants. Limit one prize per person.
Winner Selection; Odds; Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about Nov 3, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on number of eligible entries. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email (and/or phone). If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate.
Taxes & Compliance. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor will not award prizes with a value of $600 or more to avoid IRS Form 1099 reporting. Acceptance of a prize is subject to winner’s employer or ethics policies.
Privacy & Data Use. Entry information will be used to administer the drawing and, if you opt in, to send the anonymized Benchmark PDF and/or to contact you about your survey responses. Survey responses may be aggregated and anonymized for benchmarking.
Publicity Release. Where lawful, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, company, and city/state for winner announcement without additional compensation.
General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or the spirit of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or lost/misdirected entries. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
Governing Law. Texas law (without regard to conflicts rules) governs. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
